Pineville Club FAQ

What are the fees for membership at The Pineville Club?
There is a one-time joining fee of $150.  Monthly club dues for the whole family are just $85.

What hours will the club be open?
The club hours are posted on the bottom of the Pineville Club main Page.

Is my membership at The Pineville Club permanent?
Only homeowners in the Village at Flowers Plantation have a permanent, non-recallable club membership.  All Non-Resident club memberships are recallable by definition.  In the event that club memberships are recalled, a “last-in, first-out” policy would be implemented. (There is no current plan to recall any memberships, please see your ‘Plan for the Offering of Memberships’ document for details on why and when recalling memberships would be necessary).

Are the posted membership fees for my whole family?
Yes.  $85 per month is the full rate for all of your immediate family members to enjoy the Club.  Immediate family members are defined as; “immediate family member(s)” shall include the spouse of the primary member (i.e., legally married as recognized by the state of North Carolina) who is living in the same household as the primary member, and the unmarried children of each who are under the age of twenty-four and either living in the same household as the primary member, attending school on a full-time basis or serving in the military on active duty.

Is the club offering a ‘single’ membership?
No. The membership application fee and monthly dues are the same for any  household, and apply to everyone within a household, according to the guidelines  listed in the afore mentioned question.
