The Village Holiday Tree Lighting

Flowers Plantation welcomes everyone to the Village traffic circle for the 1st Annual Lighting of the Village Holiday Tree. This 1st Annual event will be held on Friday, November 23rd, 2007. Ginger, our Belgian Horse will offer Wagon Rides to the children from 5pm - 7pm around the Village Circle. Help up make this tradition one that brings family and community together on a very special evening. The tree lighting will begin at 7pm! We can't wait to see you there!

Letter From The Developer

Flowers Plantation is very busy preparing for the Annual Johnston County Homebuilder's Association Parade of Homes. We have 19 entries this year! We are so proud of our builders and their display of talent. We have the best builders one can imagine. They are also bringing to The Village at Flowers Plantation quite a beautiful picture of many various types and styles of homes! Here's to YOU, Our Builders! Thank you for all of your wonderful efforts to make Flowers Plantation the SPECIAL Place it is.

Finally! The Pineville Club Spa/Fitness, Bathhouse-Grill is under construction….a long anticipated sight. Please come and watch this 21,000 square foot facility going up and cross our fingers for opening in June 2008. Two pools, slide, children's playground, tennis and more are part of this large plan.

Recreation is also underway now, with a fully staffed Recreational Programs division! Please take a moment to come by and meet Holden Royall and Angie Lovelace here in The Percy Flowers Store offices, second floor.

Dr. Watson Inn

The Dr. Watson Inn, currently under construction, is located just inside The Village here at Flowers Plantation. It will offer a welcoming environment of rest, food and conversation. The Inn is scheduled to open May, 2008 and features three separate guest suites. Residing just inside the gates of The Village, the Dr Watson Inn offers a beautiful view of the lake, steps away from walking and jogging trails, and it is walking distance of The Percy Flowers Store. The charming elegance will offer a serene setting where attention to detail is an “expected” tradition. We hope you will be staying with us soon!
