Today, we want to share Driveway Parties! Residents of the Cottages at Evergreen gather in someone’s driveway each Wednesday – they bring their own chairs, they carefully observe social distancing and they connect.

Two Clayton Moms are now full-time partners in giving back by raising money to buy meals from local restaurants to deliver to health care workers on the frontlines of the pandemic. It’s a two-pronged goal: a boost for small businesses hit by the impact on restaurants and a show of gratitude for our health care heroes. “Every small act of kindness can change the world,” said Melissa Brown who along with Bev Schechtman launched their Front Line Appreciation Group on Facebook.
